Signature on a Word document
If you want to insert a signature in a Word Document you will first need to create an image of your signature. The easiest way to get this image would be to sign on a piece of paper and scan the signature. There will be some image manipulation in order to obtain a well-framed signature and we can discuss the method depending on your technological environment.
Once you have an image of your signature, all you have to do is insert in the designated place in your document. The video at the bottom of the page will give you a demonstration.
Signature on a PDF document
Many software on the web can offer you a way to sign a document at distance with different prices. SmallPDF can do it for free with a limit of using the service 2 times a day.
The process is very simple. Once you have uploaded a document, you can draw a new signature using a touch pad or mouse. You can ask someone else to sign the same document. Alternatively, you can upload an image of your signature.
